Returns & Refunds 

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please phone 07853 170 904 or email Catherine Gray at  within 14 days of receipt of your goods. If you do not notify us within this period we will be unable to refund or replace the items. 


Where possible, you should return the goods in their original packaging. You will then receive a refund within 5 days of the goods arriving back to us.  

However, unless the goods are damaged we are unable to provide a refund or exchange on: any personalised gifts, unsealed toiletry products or some items of jewellery (such as earrings) due to hygiene reasons.

We will refund the cost of return postage in the case of damaged/defective items (you must provide proof of receipt for delivery charges). Otherwise you will be responsible for the cost.
